The Residences at Puri Casablanca, the luxurious serviced apartment located at the strategic business district of Jakarta (to know more about us, please visit our website: (www.puricasablanca.com), is currently seeking for a highly motivated candidate to fill the postion of:

1.    TENANT RELATION OFFICER (TRO)
•    Male / Female, Single, Age between 23 – 30 years old
•    Min Diploma D III Tourism & Hotel Academy, preferably in Hotel Management/ Front Office
•    Proficient in English both oral and written; preferably understanding and able to speak Japanese will be an additional value.
•    At least 1 (one) year working experience as Guest Relation Officer / Customer Service / Tenant Relation Officer; fresh graduated are welcome to apply.

2.    JUNIOR TENANT RELATION OFFICER (JRTRO)
•    Female, Single, Age between 19 – 25 years old.
•    Min Vocational High-School (SMK) Tourism, preferably majoring Hotel
•    Willing to learn
•    At least 6 (six) months working experience as receptionist / Telephone Operator / Customer Service; fresh graduated are welcome to apply.

3.    LOBBY ATTENDANT (LA)
•    Male, Single, Age between 19 – 25 years old.
•    Min Vocational School (SMK) Tourism, preferably majoring Hotel
•    Good command in English
•    At least 6 (six) months working experience as Receptionist / customer services / Guest Relations.

4.    SALES MANAGER (SM)
•    Male / female, Age between 24 – 35 years old.
•    Diploma (D III) or Bachelor (S1) Degree in any discipline from reputable university
•    Proficient in English both oral and written
•    Proven strong negotiation and presentation skills, result oriented, possess leadership skills, and able to work as a team
•    Having career background in Hospitality Industry or Serviced Apartment

5.    FINANCE STAFF
•    Female, Age between 23 – 30 years old
•    Bachelor (S1) Degree majoring Accounting from reputable university
•    Good command in English
•    Detail oriented / meticulous, organized and tough person
•    Willing to learn
•    Familiar or proven skills in account receivable (AR) controlling, journal entry, petty cash/cashier & cash flow, financial & tax report
•    At least 2 (two) years working experience in similar position / related field

6.    ENGINEERING / TECHNICIAN STAFF (ENG)
•    Male, Single, Age between 18 – 27 years old.
•    Min Vocational High-School (SMK) majoring Electronic or Electrical
•    Familiar with or able to handle PABX system (maintenance and repairing)
•    Willing to learn and willing to work in shifting
•    Able to work independent as well as a team work, and able to work under pressure.

General Requirements
a.    Self motivated, energetic, pleasant personality, good manner, honest, discipline, fair, positive thinking and sociable.
b.    Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship skill
c.    Good Command in English
d.    Service excellent & Customer oriented
e.    Computer literate
f.    Able to work independent as well as a team-work, and able to work under pressure
