We are the biggest modern c retail store in Indonesia, have stores in Medan, Bandung, Surabaya, and Bali, based in Jakarta, looking for young professional candidates to join us in challenging position for:

TRAINING OFFICER
* Area : Head Office (1 orang)

* Qualification :

-Psychology / Education / Communnication degree from respected university (S1);
- Experience 1 - 2 year
- Male/Female
- English is must
- Computer skills
- Communcative

* Tanggung jawab pekerjaan :
- Good presentation and communication skill

- Attractive appearance.
- Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes
and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;
- designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the

department and the individual's needs;
- considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing

the return on investment of any training or development programmes is becoming

increasingly important;

PUBLIC RELATION (PR)
* Area : Head Office (1 orang)

* Qualification :
- S1 lulusan PR / Marketing
- Usia maks 30th, belum menikah
- Pengalaman min 1 th
- Excellent in communication and personality

* Tanggung jawab pekerjaan:

- Pengalaman di bidang advertising, broadcasting, Media
- Berprestasi tinggi, ambisius, terorganisir, inisiatif tinggi, energik, agresif, kerja keras

dan career oriented

- Dapat berkerja mandiri dan tim kerja

- Dapat bernegosiasi dengan baik

- Mempunyai Network yang luas akan lebih diutamakan

- Dapat berbahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan & tulisan)

- Dapat mengoperasikan Komputer (MS.OFFICE)

- Ulet dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan minimum supervisi

STORE MANAGER (SM)

* Area : Jakarta, Bandung, Medan

* Qualification :

- Male/Female, max. 37 years old

- Graduated from reputable university at any disciplines

- 5 – 7 years experience in retail

- Able to work in any stores area.

- Proficient in English and computer background

- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skill

- Good appearance and charming person

- Working knowledge of MS Office

- Ready to work in shift schedule including holiday

* Tanggung jawab pekerjaan :

- Plan and manage the daily operational functions of the retail store

- Lead a dynamic team of retail crew in achieving set targets and objectives

- Handle and manage the inventory, replenishment of stock and stock take

- Ensure good customer service

- Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on products

- Ensure the retail store is well kept and maintained in line with brand identity and

image.

- Possess good knowledge of customer service standard, product and fashion

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and people management skills

- Result and sales oriented

- Confident, energetic, resourceful and self-motivated team player, with willingness to be

"hands-on"

- Strong communication skills in English

- Passion for people and the retail business

SALES ASSISTANT (SA)

* Area : Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung

Qualification:

- Wanita, usia max 25 tahun

- Pendidikan min DI/SMU/SMK

- Memiliki tinggi badan min 155 cm

- Berpenampilan menarik

- Dapat bekerja secara team maupun individu

- Pengalaman di dept store, pameran, dll

- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh store

* Tanggung jawab pekerjaan:

- Bisa berjualan

- Customer service

- Bekerja shift-an

- Menjaga, menyusun, merapaikan barang
