COLLECTION STAFF (CLS)

Qualifications:

Male, maximum 37 years old.
Bachelor degree preferably from Finance/Accounting background.
Minimum 2 years experience in the same position, preferably from banking (not credit card) or retail industry or,
Having Collection's training certificate.
Having passion to grow for a career in the field of Finance/Accounting.
Posses the ability to work well individually or as a member of a collections team.
Honest, must be persistent and professional appearance.

Persyaratan Umum :

a. Lulusan S-1 diutamakan S-2 dari PT akreditasi A dengan IPK minimal 3.0 (skala 4.0);

b. Berpengalaman dalam bidang Perkapalan Minimal 6 tahun;

c. Berpengalaman sebagai Manajer minimal 3 tahun;

d. Usia maksimum 40 tahun ^*)

e. Mampu bekerja sama dengan rekan sekerja maupun pelanggan;

f. Mempunyai motivasi tinggi dan tekad yang kuat dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan;

g. Mempunyai kepribadian yang baik dan kemampuan komunikasi yang bagus;

h. Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan pengawasan minimum;

i. Mempunyai kemampuan analisa yang baik;

j. Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan;
