RESTAURANT TEAM LEADER
�
Requirements:
1.  Male or Female
2.  Max 35 years old
3. Minimum  Diploma in Food and Beverage Service, Hospitality Management or a 
�� related field
4. Minimum  5 years experiences as a Waiter/Waitress in Cruise Company ( likes 
�� Carnival Cruise Line, Costa Crociere,  Holland America Line, MSC Cruises, 
�� Royal Caribbean International, etc ); or
5. Minimum  5 years experiences in a Food  Beverage management position
6. Ability  to confidently interact with and engage a wide range of people, 
�� individually and in groups, from different  backgrounds and ages
7.  Nice appearance, Self Motivated, Energetic, Hard working and Honest
8.  Speak  Write English Fluently
9.  Able to join immediately

In line with our growth, currently we're looking for suitable candidate for the following position:

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

·�� Report to Country Sales Manager

·�� Develop annual sales targets based on business unit subsidiary's strategy and plan

·�� Ensure targets and gross profit achievement based on the accounts management plan

·�� Determine or propose customer credit limit and terms, and monitor AR

·�� Propose and implement strategy to extend market share and new product application that is in line with regional strategy

·�� Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained

·�� Manage performance of subordinates

�

Qualification:

·�� Male / Female, Age max. 35 years old

·�� Mature, Independent and self motivated

·�� Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science or other technical background.

·�� Minimum 2 years working experience in the same position

·�� Experience in Value Selling to Manufacturing companies such as: Sanitary Ware, Table Ware, Tile, Mortar, and Construction Material will be an advantages

·�� Proficient in English both oral and written.

·�� Computer literate : MS Office

·�� Willing to travel across Indonesia and Aboard

·�� Full time positions available in Jababeka-Cikarang

-�� Mampu memahami spesifikasi material

-�� Menguasai program Microsoft office

-�� Menguasai pengawasan bangunan/struktur baja, beton dan pekerjaan sipil yang terkait

-�� Mampu membuat bill of quantity proyek

-�� Mampu membuat dan melakukan review metode kerja pelaksanaan sipil dan disiplin terkait.

-�� Bersedia ditempatkan di BONTANG � KALTIM

2.�� MECHANICAL DRAFTER

-�� Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, pengalaman minimal 3 tahun

-�� Mampu mengoperasikan Autocad, Office, Solid modeling

-�� Dapat menggunakan alat ukur

-�� Memahami toleransi/ standard toleransi

-�� Dapat bekerja di lapangan/ diluar lapangan

-�� Tidak takut pada bekerja pada ketinggian

-�� Berkemampuan reverse engineering

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Handle export/import shipment both Ocean Air shipment.

2. Monitoring and follow up shipment with customer and shipping line/air line

3. Communicate with overseas agent for handle cargo or other inquiry.

4. Make a telemarketing visit R/O customer to get Free Hand shipment

5. Prepare and issued the Statistic Report for Air/sea Shipment monthly

6. Assist to communicate with Overseas Agent for import shipment.

7. Cooperate and create good team work with Sales Team

8. Preferably good knowledge of Forwarding, logistics or Supply Chain
business.
