E-DISC membagi 4 tipe perilaku individu ketika berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya, yakni : Dominance, Influence, Steadiness dan Compliance. E-DISC Profiling sangat efektif digunakan dalam rekrutmen karyawan maupun dalam pengembangan karyawan serta sangat efektif dalam perencanaan jenjang karir karyawan. E-DISC secara khususnya akan memberikan informasi dan output terkait “Job Match” tingkat kecocokan karakter seseorang ( People Character) dengan karakter tugas atau pekerjaannya( Job Charakter). Hal ini akan menentukan apakah seorang karyawan mampu dan mempunyai bakat istimewa untuk melejitkan kompetensinya, karena:

•   Speed ; orang yang beraktivitas pada talent-nya memiliki kemampuan belajar yang lebih cepat.
•   Productivity and precision ; Orang yang beraktivitas pada talent-nya mampu bekerja lebih cepat dan menghasilkan kualitas output yang lebih baik.
•   Longevity and attendance ; Orang yang beraktivitas pada talent-nya bisa bertahan lebih lama serta menjalankan tugasnya dengan penuh tanggung jawab.

1.   Memahami Konsep rekrutmen efektif dan memahami pentingnya E-DISC Profiling
2.   Simulasi Assessment menggunakan alat tes E-DISC
3.   Menginterpretasi dan menscoring grafik E-DISC
4.   Mengidentifikasi grafik E-DISC untuk berbagai jabatan
5.   Membuat Job Profiling dengan menggunakan Quisioner PSA (Position Analisys Sistem )
6.   Diskusi dan tanya jawab

Executive Personal Assistant

Heavy tools Industry & Driller supplier based in Australia, would like to search a PA to join in their team for Kuta office (Sunset Road)

• Some Accounts/ Book Keeping / Accounts payable/receivable

Managing incoming orders/ shipping documents / Diary management;

• Scheduling meetings; Organizing travel arrangements

• Reading, researching, and routing email / correspondence; drafting replies on behalf of the Director & Second in Charge

• Drafting letters and documents;

• Report distribution and filing;

• Organization of staff events;

• Answering calls / Welcome meeting guests by greeting them in person

• Minimum of 4 years in a similar PA role

• A high regard for confidentiality

• Proactive work style and ethics

• Some experience with shipping processes preferable

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Extremely organized and able to multi task

• Excellent computer skills

• Detail orientated

• Able to work/think independently

• Respond and relate well to people in senior management

• Able to work in a fast paced high pressure environment
