Requirements:

·         max 3 year experience,

·         Min. S1 / Bachelor degree with background:

-          Any kind of Engineer (industrial, petroleum, civil, mining, mechanical, etc.)

-          Finance

·         Intermediate skills of computer programs:

-          Office: word, excel, power point, Visio, project,

-          Other preferable program: Oracle

·         Intermediate skills of communication in English and Bahasa, both writing and verbal.

·         Intermediate skills of administrative and managing work load

.          other preferable license ; ppjk

·         With the following personality:

Well-rounded person, proactive, hard working, fast learner, honest, and active.

·         Ready to work overtime and travelling

Main Responsibilities:

·         Preparing the Logistic: International Delivery, custom clearance such as PIB, monitoring,

procurement: Invoices, purchase request.

·         Analyzing the actual cost spending during the operation against the budget.

·         Material checking of cost and revenue.

·         Analyzing the daily report of cost and operation.

ACCOUNTING STAFF
                                                                 
Main responsibilities
 
·         Verify and posts transactions to journals , ledgers and other record
·         Maintain supporting schedules for certain accounts
·         Prepare statement , invoices and vouchers to be ready for journal entries
·         May handle reconciliations
·         May specialize in one area of the accounting function
 
Qualifications
·         Male/Female with max. 28 years old
·         S1 from reputable university majoring in accounting
·         At least 2 years working experience
·         Having experience in audit firm and an shipping/logistics industry is an advantage
·         Able to work under pressure and in a team with very tight deadlines
·         Knowledge in ERP system

MARINE SUPERVISOR
                                                                 
Main responsibilities:
·         Manage and plan contract vessel agency, chartering and other cooperation as requested by the principal.
·         Review and analyze reports or activities vessel agency conducted in the branch offices.
·         Analyze the report on the activities of ship agency operations conducted by branch offices.
·         Coordinate and prepare documents tender related to Shipping Agency starting from Pre-Qualification (PQ), Pre-Bid Meeting, and Commercial until the bid opening.
·         Monitor the correctness and completeness all records financial transactions related to operation agency activities in the branch office.
·         Maintain good relationship with principal and active in communicating.
 
Qualifications:
  • Male
  • Maximum age 28years old
  • Degree in Marine/Others
  • Having2-4years experience in Marine and Shipping Agency 
  • A good team player
  • Fluent in English

3.     Penetapan skala standar dari tiap unit kompetensi
4.     Menghitung gap dan kecocokan pada setiap jabatan
5.     Diagram posisi kompetensi karyawan
6.     Perbandingan kompetensi karyawan dengan seluruh grade dalam departemennya
7.     Perbandingan kompetensi karyawan dengan seluruh grade dengan departemen lain.
8.     Laporan seluruh kompetensi karyawan
9.     Link kompetensi karyawan dengan prioritas TNA
10.   Dapat dipakai sebagai dasar untuk menetapkan nilai prosentase kenaikan gaji
11.   Dapat dipakai sebagai dasar untuk melakukan mutasi, promosi atau demosi.
