Project Manager Buildings

Location:

Jakarta

We need a local PM to support our PM from the Netherlands for Unilever as a local point of contact and internal team leader. Furthermore we have several outstanding proposals for PM services and we want to start building up our local Buildings team.
Short description of tasks and responsibilities (attach more elaborate job description if needed):
Essential •                     Project management experience in either contracting or as a consultant with at least 5 years working in the role; •                     A broad understanding of the characteristics of projects, over a significant portion of the project life cycle; •                     Good working knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques; •                     Experience of leading project management commissions for medium to large sized commercial c&s projects of medium to high complexity, or at least sufficient related experience to enable a step up to performing a lead project manager role; •                     Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as the different procurement routes, etc.   Desirable •                     People management experience, particularly in the context of managing end user business units to deliver a project; •                     Experience of working within a large multinational organisation to consolidate a number of buildings into one location along with the fit-out requirements and knowledge of move management; •                     Experience of managing the financial aspects of a project.
Required education & Expterise:	Essential ·         Min. Bachelor Degree (S-1) majoring in Architecture or Engineering from reputable Universities; ·         Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, architecture, real estate consultant; ·         Fluent in both professional English and Bahasa Indonesia, verbally as well as in writing; ·         PC literate including Microsoft Project.	Years of work experience: -     - Role 7: 3 - 8 years experience working independent on small to medium projects   - Role 8: 6 – 12 years experience working independent on medium to large projects
		Relevant years of experience: at least 5 years
