Job description:

·         Prepare, review and post AP invoices and staff claims.

·         Prepare balance sheet and periodic financial statement

·         Update fixed assets register, process monthly depreciation journals

·         Involve in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

·         Graduate of accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

·         At least 4 years experience in accounting and preferably from FMCG.

·         Good knowledge of accounting rules and principles

·         Proficient in Ms Excel, word and common accounting software

·         Willing to be stationed in Vietnam

·         Good analysing skills, meticulous and organized.

·         Team player and effective communication skills

·         Good communication in English

(2)   Internal Audit Supervisor, job location Vietnam


Responsible for conducting operational and process audit field work and report on assigned audits and internal control status:

·         Evaluation and assessment of transactions, documents, records, report and procedures; prepare audit work papers recording and summarizing data pertinent to assigned audits

·         Collect documents, analyse and evaluate sufficient audit evidence as a basis or providing objective professional opinions on the effectiveness and efficiency of operation under review

·         Involve in any ad-hoc tasks related to internal control.

Requirements

·         Graduate of accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

·         At least 3 years experience in audit.

·         Good knowledge of accounting principles and internal audit procedures.

·         Willing to be stationed in Vietnam

[Job-Vacancy] Job Vacancy for Dynamics AX Functional / Technical Consultant

 

PT Business Intelligence Technologies is a dynamic and well-established software development and services company with substantial experience in providing consulting services for IT and Telecommunications Sector in Indonesia (since 2002), Facilitating foreign companies to establish business in Indonesia (since 2006). BIT has Establish subsidiaries to enter new business areas (since 2009).


We are looking for a Dynamics AX Functional / Technical Consultant.


This position will be responsible for the following:

·         Delivery and implementation of MS Dynamics solutions

·         Team building and management

·         Client delivery with some project management skill

 

Ideal candidate for this opportunity will have the following skills/experiences:

·         3+ years working hands on with Dynamics AX (Ideally 2012 exposure)

·         Multiple Full Life cycle implementations of Dynamics AX

·         3+ years consulting and/or people management

·         Strong experience working with the all-round module experience across finance (GL, AR/AP),  T&L, projects, production, manufacturing.

·         Strong understanding of business processes and the application.

·         Strong technical and functional knowledge of the implementation process

·         Excellent communication and leadership skills
