IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

 

 

PT Business Intelligence Technologies is a dynamic and well-established software development and services company with substantial experience in providing consulting services for IT and Telecommunications Sector in Indonesia (since 2002), Facilitating foreign companies to establish business in Indonesia (since 2006). BIT has Establish subsidiaries to enter new business areas (since 2009).

 

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining hardware and software infrastructure. You will have to answer phone calls for user and diagnose their IT problems and try to resolve the issues for them.

The IT Support Analyst will ideally have the following experience / skills:

·         Graduate from Engineering (IT) / Computer Science

·         3+ years experiences within a 1st line support role

·         A solid technical background which will include strong Windows Server

Untuk melakukan hal tersebut, yaitu mengelola tenaga kerja yang ada di dalam perusahaan, dibutuhkan orang-orang bertangan dingin, yang mampu dan mengerti bagaimana bisnis proses HR seharusnya bekerja dan berjalan. HR Officer Development Program, adalah program pilihan HRD Forum guna membantu semua perusahaan di Indonesia mempersiapkan Tenaga-tenaga profesional di bidang Human Resources. PT. PETRO BANGUN ENGINEERING is oil Services Company, which is located at South Jakarta – TB Simatupang.  Now PBE needs a human resource as:

 

 

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STAFF

 

 

Scope

Accounts receivable Staff will be responsible for processing and monitoring for the invoicing and incoming payments to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of all accounts are under control.

 

Responsibilities

·                Prepare invoices, send out invoice and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

·                Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

·                Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data

·                Follow up on, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines

·                Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues and perform account reconciliations

·                Facilitate payment of invoices due to the organisation by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts

·                Maintain up-to-date billing system and reports detailing accounts receivable status

·                Review AR aging to ensure compliance and maintain accounts receivable customer files and records

·                Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally

 

Requirements

·                Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk

·                Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations

·                Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

·                Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

·                Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software

·                Proficiency in English and in MS Office

·                Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

·                High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

·                Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

·                Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently

·                Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proof reading skills and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers
