Responsibilities:

Set up utility system, medic & non medic facility, maintaining hospitals building.

Coordinate vendor activity & monitor vendor contract.

Required Qualification and Skills:

Min. Bachelor Degree from technical study

Min 3 years experience in managing Facility Services.

Having HSE licency

Proficient in English.

Computer literate.

Excellent management skills and remarkable ability to contribute towards team performance.

Excellent communication.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

2. ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGER (KUPANG)

Responsibilities :

Responsible preparing Profit and Loss report

Prepare Transaction reconciliation of AP, AR, Tax and Bank

Organize and Lead Team

Supervise all revenue, expenses and Inventory

Responsible in Internal control and external expenditure are recorded and handled properly

Keep internal and external regulation and relevant authority

Manage for Administration

Manage Tax, Accounting & Finance, Payroll

Requirement :

S1 Degree in Accounting or equivalent from reputable universities

Excellent skill in Accounting, Finance and Tax

Excellent Communication skill in English

Excellent PC operations skill and familiar with operating Accounting Software

Requires 2 - 5 years working experience of Finance and Accounting managerial, preferable at Hospital or Services Company.

Strong leadership & interpersonal skills to motivate an accounting and finance team

Mature and has a good analytical thinking, sense of responsibility and influencing skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of business needs

Must have strong analytical skills and familiar with tax management and Indonesia's law guidelines

Have excellent health condition

Placement in Kupang
