Responsibilities :
 
· Controlling and analyzing the implementation of financial, accounting, tax, payrol, administration, HRD,  system and procedures
· Controlling and coordinating the compliance with current taxation law (tax planning, reporting and payment), accounting principles and regulation.
·Providing analysis on tracking and driving progression on achievements in the company's financial targets.
· Liaising with Banks, Financial Institutions and Government Departments
·Directing and managing subordinates to promote an open ethical working environment
· Planning and coordinating improvements to the Finance, Accounting and Administration  structure and procedures
· Controlling the achievement of collection targets in accordance with cash flow projection
· Audit, Budgeting, Treasury, AP&AR, P&L
· Have experience in HRD its Must
 
Requirements:
 
·Male/Female, 40 - 45 Years 
·Minimum Bachelor Degree in S-1 Accounting from reputable University
·Experience at least 10  years in Finance, Accounting and Administration and preferable with   3 years in HRD
·Posses ability to successfully manage department, schedules and budget
· Good understanding of Accounting / Finance / Tax / Payrol / HRD
· Preferably with hands on experience in financial planning/analysis
· Proficient in speaking and written in English
·Mature and pleasant personality with excellent communication
·Flexible, enthusiastic, self motivated and a team player
· Self-motivated to learn new concepts  and participate in new projects
·Excellent Accounting Software : Oracle / SAP / Etc
· Ability to work minimum supervise with high accuracy, detailed oriented.
· Willing to be place in Jakarta ( Head Office ) and Travelling

Mengenal PLC


PLC atau Programmable Logic Controller atau yang biasa disebut PLC makin banyak dicari perusahaan dan dunia industri. Apa sebenarnya PLC itu ? dan apa fungsi sebenarnya dari suatu PLC ? mari kita simak sedikit informasi mengenai definisi dan fungsi dari PLC.

Definisi PLC

Menurut Wikipedia, PLC - Programmable Logic Controller adalah :

Suatu mikroprosesor yang digunakan untuk otomasi proses industri seperti pengawasan dan pengontrolan mesin di jalur perakitan suatu pabrik. PLC memiliki perangkat masukan dan keluaran yang digunakan untuk berhubungan dengan perangkat luar seperti sensor, relai, contactor dll. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk mengoperasikan PLC berbeda dengan bahasa pemrograman biasa. Bahasa yang digunakan adalah Ladder, yang hanya berisi input-proses-output. Disebut Ladder, karena bentuk tampilan bahasa pemrogramannya memang seperti tampilan tangga. Disamping menggunakan pemrograman ladder, PLC juga dapat diprogram dengan pemrograman SFC dan pemrograman ST, untuk yang ST sudah jarang digunakan lagi.

Berdasarkan namanya konsep PLC adalah sebagai berikut :

  • Programmable, menunjukkan kemampuan dalam hal memori untuk menyimpan program yang telah dibuat yang dengan mudah diubah-ubah fungsi atau kegunaannya.
  • Logic, menunjukkan kemampuan dalam memproses input secara aritmatik dan logic (ALU), yakni melakukan operasi membandingkan, menjumlahkan, mengalikan, membagi, mengurangi, negasi, AND, OR, dan lain sebagainya.
  • Controller, menunjukkan kemampuan dalam mengontrol dan mengatur proses sehingga menghasilkan output yang diinginkan.
Pemanfaatan Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) dalam Dunia Industri

Perkembangan bisnis di dunia industri sangat pesat, persainganpun semakin keras dan ketat. Produksi produk dituntut mempunyai kualitas tinggi dan kecepatan tinggi, sehingga dibutuhkan standarisasi yang super ketat dan cermat. Karena itu industri sudah memikirkan bagaimana cara membuat semua proses produksi menjadi otomatis atau diotomatisasikan, sehingga mempunyai kecepatan tinggi produksi produk dan menghasilkan produk yang memiliki kualitas tinggi. Salah satu yang menjadi perhatian utama dunia industri dalam hal ini ialah penggunaan sistem pengendalian proses industri (sistem kontrol industri).

Dalam era industri modern, sistem kontrol proses industri biasanya merujuk pada otomatisasi sistem kontrol yang digunakan. Sistem kontrol industri dimana peranan manusia masih amat dominan (misalnya dalam merespon besaran-besaran proses yang diukur oleh sistem kontrol tersebut dengan serangkaian langkah berupa pengaturan panel dan saklar-saklar yang relevan) telah banyak digeser dan digantikan oleh sistem kontrol otomatis.

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi dan produktivitas industri salah satunya adalah faktor human error, nah dalam system otomatisasi ini faktor tersebut coba dihilangkan dan tentunya tingkat keunggulan yang ditawarkan sistem kontrol tersebut dapat diandalkan. Salah satu sistem kontrol yang banyak dicari adalah Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Penerapannya meliputi berbagai macam jenis industri mulai dari industri rokok, otomotif, petrokimia, kertas, bahkan sampai pada industri tambang, misalnya pada pengendalian turbin gas dan unit industri lanjutan hasil pertambangan. Kemudahan transisi dari sistem kontrol sebelumnya (misalnya dari sistem kontrol berbasis relay mekanis) dan kemudahan trouble-shooting dalam konfigurasi sistem merupakan dua faktor utama yang mendorong populernya PLC ini.

[Job-Vacancy] CHEMONICS - HELM Project seeks for Operations Officer

Higher Education and Leadership Management Project (HELM)


Chemonics International Inc. seeks qualified Indonesian personnel for the USAID Higher Education Leadership and Management (HELM) project in Indonesia. Position is noted below the project background description.


Project Background:

The USAID/HELM project was awarded to Chemonics International on November 28, 2011. Chemonics implements HELM with support from partners: the Indiana University Alliance; JBS International Inc., Aguirre Division; and the University of Kentucky (UKY). The five year project was designed to support Indonesia's Higher Education (HE) sector in increasing its quality and relevance through improved focus on administration and management capacity. In partnership with the Ministry of Education and Culture (MoEC) and the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI), HELM provides technical assistance, training, and additional support to strengthen the leadership capacity and increase effectiveness in the following four core management areas:

·         General Administration and Leadership

·         Financial Management

·         Quality assurance

·         Collaboration with external stakeholders

 

HELM works in close collaboration with DIKTI and, by Year 3, partners with 50 Indonesian Higher Education Institutions (HEI). The project is designed to address the USAID Education sub-intermediate result, "increased management capacity of Indonesian Higher Education Institutions" which contributes to the intermediate result "improved quality of higher education" under the over-arching assistance objective: "students better prepared for success in learning and work."

 

TITLE: OPERATIONS OFFICER

 

Specific Tasks:

  1. To provide assistance in the organization of meetings, managing schedule, providing logistics support, preparing the agenda and materials, and documentation requirements for meetings. 
  2. To handle minute of meetings & reports and acting as interpreter and translator if needed.
  3. To assist the Operations Associate in providing day-to-day administration, including maintain partial HR files specifically in relation with health insurance files and accrual of annual leave and sick leave.
  4. To assist the Operations Associate in managing recruitment process, including advertisement, organizing interview.
  5. To assist the Operations Associate in managing COP residence monthly maintenance issues.
  6. To cover receptionist duties as required in the absence of Administrative Assistant.
  7. To work closely with the Administrative Assistant in providing logistics support in terms of stationery checking, working with contact person of provider to ensure all billings are correct prior to submission to Finance unit and performing other internal activities under the guidance of the Operations Associate.
  8. To supervise the work of the Driver of Jakarta Office, including managing project driver's schedule, to perform review on car logs as required for completeness and compliance with regulations and to perform expenses verification to driver's advances.
  9. To assist the Operations Associate in safety and security portal and to perform periodic checking on first aid in the office and car.
  10. To maintain hard copy of administrative files to ensure compliance with HELM operations documentation requirements and maintain electronic filing system as to follow Chemonics file index rules.
  11. To perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Associate or his/her designee.

Supervision and Reporting:

The Operations Officer will report directly to the Operations Associate. He/She will prepare regular progress reports that demonstrate the status of assigned tasks and activities, as well as other reports as required.

 

Duration of Assignment:

This is a long-term, full-time position with an annual approved level of effort of no more than 260 days for each project year. The employment agreement will be renewed on an annual basis following a positive performance evaluation. The HELM project began on November 28, 2011 and ends on November 30, 2016.

 

Job Qualifications:

1.       Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant field is required.

2.       Minimum 5 years administrative, human resources, procurement experience required. USAID or other international donor experience preferred.

3.       Experience in handling sensitive and confidentiality matter is a must.

4.       Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

5.       Proof of highly developed English communication skills both written and verbal required.

6.       Ability to use Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
