BIT has Establish subsidiaries to enter new business areas (since 2009).

The ideal profile of candidates are as follows:

Requirements:

· Diploma III or Bachelors' degree, preferable graduated from Tarakanita

· Developed interpersonal and communication skills

· Professional appearance and manner

· Computer literacy, specifically Word and Excel

· Have a 1-2 years relevant experience

· Fluent in Bahasa and English

· Full-time position available.

Responsibilities:

· Manages office reception to ensure telephone and mail communications are maintained in a professional image.

· Greet visitors and the general public in a professional manner

· Check requests for office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc.

· Supervises maintenance of office devices, printer, copier, etc.

· Serve as point person for organization of post and large mail items.

· Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.

· Sign for and distribute APX or similarly delivered packages.

· Make travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, board and foreigner.

World Vision Indonesia partners with local humanitarian foundation Wahana Visi Indonesia to implement its programs in more than 40 Program Offices across 9 provinces. World Vision has been working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and focusing programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries. We are also part of an active NGO consortium in the areas of advocacy, child protection, health, community empowerment and disaster management.

World Vision Indonesia is currently seeking the following position :

Child Protection Specialist (Code: CPS)

Location : Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan

Major Roles:

To maintain and enhance the role and positioning of World Vision Indonesia in advocating for and responding to Child Protection needs in Indonesia as related to WV Indonesia Strategy, by developing, design, and implementing Child Protection advocacy strategy and approach suitable to local and national contexts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare/Science, Psychology, Human Rights or related field ; preferably have a Master degree on Child Rights/Protection

- Min. 3 years working experience in child protection works

- Min. 1 year experience in managerial position

- Experience in develop and design specific Child Protection advocacy strategy

- Good communication and writing skills in English

- Good analytical thinking and creative

- Good understanding the humanitarian industry
