[Job-Vacancy] Communication and External Relation Manager

 

URGENTLY REQUIRED Communication and External Relation Manager (CERM)   Indonesia Business Links (IBL) is a not-for-profit foundation with major aim to contribute towards the creation of ethical business practices in Indonesia. Since 1998, our activities have been rapidly expanding and raging from advocacy, strengthening CSR understanding and encouraging multi sector collaboration through Multi-Stakeholder Partnership initiatives.   We are now looking for dynamic, highly motivated and qualified professional to join our team.   Qualification Male/Female; Minimum Master Degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Communications, Economics, or related field; Having a strong understanding on Corporate Social Responsibility; minimum experience 5 years in the same field; Maturity and confidence in dealing with senior and high ranking members of national and international institutions, government and non-government; good leadership, communicative, team work and high interpersonal skill; Demonstrates commitment to our mission, vision and values; displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability; Proficiency in English, both oral and written; Computer literacy.   Role and Responsibilities Manage Communication and Reputation Building Program Including develop, execute and monitor communication strategic plan; Manage IBL website and review its content to be published at www.ibl.or.id; Manage organization mail groups of which comprises of mail groups for CEO and other programs; Develop and issue E-news on bi-weekly basis; Manage the production of organization promotional materials including brochure, Annual Report and multimedia tool; Review all publication produced by organization i.e. CSR book series published. Media Activities Including develop and manage good media relations; Prepare information materials and coordinate with other Program Divisions for public dissemination; Prepare and develop press release to be disseminated to the organization media network at least once a month; Process and manage media queries and/or request for interviews with IBL Board Members and Executive Director; Monitor media coverage on daily basis. Event Management Including plan, develop themes, manage and supervise IBL core events such as CEO Breakfast Meeting, Annual Gathering and program selling activities; Represent IBL as speaker or resource person on various CSR related events; Plan, develop themes, manage and supervise IBL participation in various CSR related Exhibition (local and international). ·         Corporate Engagement Including proactively look for new opportunities and approach potential corporate partners; Win supports from business sector for the continuous operation of the organization; Manage good and professional relationship with the corporate partners by making regular contact to CEO and other Senior Management executives in a company; Expand number of corporate supporting activities based on corporate sponsorship, in-kind and pro bono; Support program teams on fund raising purposes up to winning principle commitment from partners.
