We are RPE GROUP also known as RPE-Engineering, Engineering & Contractor Companies for oil and gas industry immediately looking for several positions:
ENGINEERING
1. Engineer
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree from related major (Electrical/ Chemical/ Civil or Ocean / Physics/ Mechanical or Metallurgy/ Naval Architect Engineer)
b. For Senior Engineer minimum 8 years experiences in design engineer oil and gas industry
c. For Engineer minimum 3 years experiences in design engineering oil and gas industry
d. Familiar with related standard and codes
e. Good command in English
f. Good computer literacy and other proficient related software
General Qualifications:
Have a bachelor degree in engineering in related major
· For Process : Min. Bachelor degree in Chemical
Engineering
· For Instrument : Min. Bachelor degree in Physics or Electricity
Engineering
· For Civil/ Structural : Min. Bachelor degree in Civil or Ocean
Engineering
1. Process Safety Engineer
· Bachelor degree in Process, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
· Minimum 4 years experience in oil & gas in related duties
· Have a detailed knowledge of the codes and standards
· Must have been the engineer responsible for the upgrade design of similar brown field process systems including MAR (Maximum Risk Reduction).
· Experience in QRA/Sensitivity /ALARP
· Familiarization on FLAC model for Fire explosion study.
2. Designer / Drafter
a. Structure/ Civil
b. Process
c. Instrument
Requirement:
· Minimum 3 years experiences in oil and gas industry as Civil Designer
· Experience in onshore oil & gas facility design.
· Proficient with related Software
· Good command in English
· Computer literate
3. Senior Naval Architect
· Minimum Bachelor Degree from Naval Engineering
· Minimum 10 years experience in hull repairs of FPSO/FSO conversions in meeting Class society requirements and in mooring system design.
CONSTRUCTION
1. HSE Manager
· Minimum Bachelor Degree
· Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position in oil and gas industry
· Experience in conduct HSE policy and procedures
· Strong Leadership
· Implement HSE policy & Procedure to maintain work environment safely.
· Eliminate any fatality and DAWC case
PRODUCTION
1. OIM (Offshore Installation Manager) / Superintendent
· Bachelor Science of Degree in Engineering
· Have at least 6 (six) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas operation facilities or D3 graduated with at least 15 (fifteen) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas operation facilities and other similar industries.
· Assisting field Superintendent.
· Collaborating with other sections/ departments.
· Managing relationships.
· Developing plans and procedures for field operation and maintenance including risk assessment and JHA.
· Participating in Safety reviews and hazards and operability studies (HAZOP)
· Has Broad of perspective of project management, production, maintenance and engineering knowledge.
· Experience in coordinating overall operation activities.
· Familiar with EHS, industrial codes & standards, procedures in execution operations
· The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy.
2. Production Supervisor
· Bachelor Degree of Science in Engineering
· Have at least 5 (five) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas operation facilities or D3 graduated with at least 10 (ten) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas operation facilities and other similar industries.
· Assisting OIM / Superintendent to manage field operator to operate the facility safely.
· Ensuring chemical and consumable required for operation is available all the time.
· Developing work plans and procedures for field operations
· Has Broad of perspective of project management, production, maintenance and engineering knowledge.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication skills & been working in operation team responsible for coordination of overall operation activities.
· Familiar with EHS, industrial codes & standards, procedures in execution operations
· The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy.
3. Maintenance Supervisor
· Bachelor Degree of Science in Engineering
· Have at least 5 (five) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas FSO/FPSO operation facilities & maintenance or D3 graduated with at least 10 (ten) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas FSO/FPSO operation facilities & maintenance.
· Assisting OIM / Superintendent to manage maintenance craftsmen in maintaining the facility safely.
· Ensuring spare parts, tools & equipment and consumable required for facility management is available.
· Keep the reliability and availability of facilities
· Developing and executing work plans, PM plans, Predictive maintenance plans, equipment history and procedures for facility maintenance.
· Has Broad of perspective of project management, production, maintenance and engineering knowledge.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication skills & been working in operation team responsible for coordination of overall FSO/FPSO operation facilities & maintenance operation activities.
· Familiar with EHS, industrial codes & standards, procedures in execution operations
· The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy.
4. Marine Supervisor
· Bachelor Degree of Science in Engineering
· Have at least 5 (five) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas FSO/FPSO operation facilities & maintenance or D3 graduated in Marine with at least 10 (ten) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas FSO/FPSO operation facilities & maintenance.
· Assisting OIM / Superintendent to manage utility & marine operation and maintenance personnel to support Process Plant operation.
· Ensuring spare parts, tools & equipment and consumable required for facility management is available.
· Maintain a smooth of marine & utility operations.
· Developing and executing work plans, PM plans, Predictive maintenance plans, equipment history and procedures for facility maintenance
· Has Broad of perspective of project management, production, maintenance and engineering knowledge.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication skills & been working in operation team responsible for coordination of overall FSO/FPSO operation facilities & maintenance operation activities.
· Familiar with EHS, industrial codes & standards, procedures in execution operations
· The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy.
5. Material Specialist
· Minimum D3 graduated with at least 5 (five) years applicable experience in oil & gas including at least 2 (two) years in project material function.
· Has knowledge of applicable industry practices, applicable government regulations
· Experiences working in project team responsible for procurement on similar project and experiences in the use of computer program applicable to the control of procurement and expediting of project materials
· The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills
6. Operation Advisor
· Bachelor Science Degree in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering
· Preferably but not necessary tertiary engineering tertiary qualification with at least 20 (twenty) years experiences in oil & gas including trade background would be advantage.
· Have sound practical experience and extensive knowledge in oil& gas field operations and maintenance principles, project development, commissioning with preferred experience as an OIM or production superintendent on Onshore and Offshore upstream oil and gas facility.
· Extensive knowledge and understandability of HSE management, productions, and maintenance performance and management in upstream oil and gas operations
· Ensuring that Indonesian Operations business objective are achieved in a safe and effective manner
· Managing relationship with clients, contractors and the corporate operations group.
· Leading the role in championing EHS in the
· Providing input to development activities, including the barge lease agreements, facility design and facility commissioning.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication skills & been working in operation team responsible for coordination of overall operation activities.
· Familiar with EHS, industrial codes & standards, procedures in execution operations
· The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills with pleasant disposition and experiences in the use of computer programs applicable of such jobs.
7. Offshore Crane Operator
· Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical / Building and Construction or equivalent.
· Preferably but not necessary tertiary engineering tertiary qualification with at least 5 (five) years experiences in oil & gas and have minimum of 3 years experiences in the offshore oil & gas industry
· Must have had significant involvement on 2 (two) major offshore structural installation projects and experiences with network planning.
· Good interpersonal, communication skills & been working in operation team responsible for coordination of operation activities.
· The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills with pleasant disposition and experiences in the use of computer programs applicable of such jobs.
