[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy: Recruitment & Assessment Senior Officer

 

Dear all,   Our Company, a holding company of mineral resources, is in search for new Recruitment & Assessment Senior Officer   Requirement: Bachelor degree or S1 from reputable university, preferable majoring in Psychology. Max 35 years old Minimum 3 years experience in same position preferred in mining industry. Experience in recruitment based competency (assessment & tools) and development candidate database Experience in interview technique, Psychological tools, scoring and interpretation. Experience dealing with Manpower, site mobilization and demobilization will be an advantages. Good analytical and strategic thinking.
