3. Storng understanding and practical work experience in web site user interface.
4. Strong communication skill.
5. Expert knowledge of CSS, HTML, Java Script, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, as well as standard Microsoft Office Tools.
6. Expert knowledge in flash.
7. Advanced XHTML and Ajax experience.
8. Comfortable with both Linux and Windows development environments.
9. Design, including site information architecture, content organization, page flows, and interaction design and navigation schemes.
