PT. Bayu Buana Gemilang (BBG) is one of the private company who distribute and commercialized natural gas in Indonesia. BBG is also the first privately owned company that develops and apply CNG technology in Indonesia. Currently we are seeking for suitable candidate to fill the following position:
Executive Secretary
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
- Female, age max 35 years
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration, or related fields
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in secretarial function
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
- Computer literacy
- Good administration skill
- Good appearance and attitude
- Has a good interpersonal skill and able to work independently and result oriented
- Highly energetic with proactive, dynamic, and confidence and maturity in dealing with people.
