JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client, a large holding company that deals with multimedia business, value added service and the new development of application service, is currently seeking for the following position:
Executive Vice President, Portfolio Business
based in Jakarta Indonesia
PURPOSE OF JOB
Reporting to the Director, this role will be responsible for driving growth in the Group's subsidiaries – formulating Business Units growth strategic planning, establishing KPIs, setting targets and assessing performance of portfolio companies.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Lead setup of control structure and definition of reporting procedures for new subsidiaries in the Portfolio Management process
-Set targets for subsidiaries in consensus with Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors for the respective Subsidiary
- Interface with Corporate Finance to consolidate financial performance aspects with operational
performance
- Lead periodical performance reviews of subsidiaries
- Manage reporting and monitoring performance of subsidiaries based on KPIs
- Facilitate realization of synergies interfacing with parent company and respective Subsidiary executives
- Interface with Corporate development team in acquisition / execution
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Preferably with advanced degree
- Min. 7 years of experience of which at least 6 years experience in Corporate Development, performance management and / or operational controlling department of a large corporation (ICT/Media Entertainment industry preferred)
- Generalist skills in transaction implementation, and managing financial and administrative proceedings
- Strong IT Managed, application services market knowledge and experience within corporate markets ideally coupled with Telecommunication knowledge
- Strong expertise in analyzing financial and operational performance through performance reports
- Driving personality - focus on performance management and reporting
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong written and communication skills - presentations, leading projects and meetings
