Chief Legal Officer
based in Jakarta Indonesia

KUALIFIKASI:

Pria / Wanita dengan usia minimum 35 tahun.
S1 Hukum dengan IPK min 3,00 (S2 lebih disukai)
Mampu berhasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
Pernah bekerja di kantor consultant hukum sedikitnya 3 tahun di lembaga yang sama.
Menguasai hukum perseroan, restrukturisasi perusahaan dan IPO
Menguasai pembuatan perjanjian baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia maupun Bahasa Inggris
Mempunyai pengalaman menangani kasus baik perdata maupun pidana
Mempunyai pengetahuan dibidang hak kekayaan intelektual
