VisionFund Indonesia is a Christian micro capital institution affiliates with VisionFund International which has goals to change the lives of microentrepreneurial poor and their families. VFI has been opening new branches in North & East Jakarta and Surabaya, and plans to expand with new branches delivering a quality service.

Position needed : Internal Audit Manager

Purpose of the Position:

- - Helps VisionFund Indonesia accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes;

- - Serves as the organization's chief audit executive and as a member of the executive management team

- Coordinate, monitor and facilitate compliance with the existing laws, rules and regulations of the institution's country.

- Advice the Board of Directors and management of the institution on the adequacy of the internal control systems and risk management.

§ - Works independently with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgement.

Qualifications :

- University degree in accountancy or business administration.

- Professional accounting(CPA/ACCA/CIA) qualification a must – CISA certification will be an added advantage;

- Minimum of 5 years audit experience in banking supervision and/or microfinance (with a minimum of 2 years demonstrated strong leadership experience in planning, supervision and management of an internal audit department a must);

- Experience advising senior management and reporting to audit committees on risk management and monitoring a must

-Proficient understanding of sun systems, eMerge, TMS or other relevant accounting and loan tracking software

- Experience in systems analysis and audit would be added advantage;

- A high sense of integrity

- Minimum age 30 year old

- Wiling to travel frequently
