The largest and international global commodity company is located at Sudirman, Jakarta is urgently looking for SECRETARY and FINANCE & ACCOUNTING with details, as follows:

SECRETARY

Female max 28 years;
Single;
Graduated of a reputable academy (D3) majoring secretary or Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Business Administration, English literature, Political and Social Science
Having minimum 3years of working experience in a related position; arrange for business trip, meeting, gala dinner/golf tournament, refreshment stock, etc and most essential duty as reception.
Demonstrated proficiency in using the internet, database programs, and computer office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point;
Good looking, interpersonal, and communication skill, especially dealing with people with a wide variety of professional, social and educational backgrounds;
Must have proven teamwork skill;
Proficient in English, verbal and written;
Must be able to take initiative, to work independently, to prioritize work, to organize, and to manage time;
Good analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative
Must be highly detail oriented;
Willing to work overtime and tight schedule;
Able to work immediately.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Female max 28 years
Single
Graduate of a reputable university (S1) majoring in accounting/ taxation;
Having minimum 3 years of working experience in a related position;
Good looking, interpersonal, and communication skill especially dealing with people with a wide variety of professional, social and educational backgrounds;
Must have proven teamwork skill;
Must be highly detail oriented;
Proficient in English, verbal and written;
Exemplary knowledge in Indonesian Taxation and Accounting Standards;
Excellent analytical & conceptual thinking; creative & innovative; and
Have had exposure to off the shelf computerized accounting systems, such as MYOB, QuickBooks and/or popular calculation systems such as Microsoft Excel
