Our Client, A Leading Cement Industry Materials Building Company, urgently requires the following position:

 

 TECHNICAL MANAGER

Job Descriptions :  The purpose of this position is to plan, lead, direct and control the technical activities averred by Lab, environment and process engineering teams. In this function, the incumbent is called for providing technical support and information to the line management, process operator so as to ensure sustainable improvement in maintaining high quality clinker and cement and accordingly to ensure site environmental compliance.

Qualification : 

·         Male, Maximal 45 Years 

·         Education: S-1 Bachelor Degree ( Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry )

·         Minimum 2 year experience a Similar Position :

ü       5 – 10 years in heavy processing industry with a focus on process improvement

ü       Preferably having sufficient exposure in the material handling or pyro-processing industry

ü       Cement processing experience in areas of process chemistry optimization, plant improvement, quality & environment

 

·         Computer Literacy : Microsoft Office (Internet, LOTUS Notes)

·         Fluent In English : Speaking, writing

·         Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
