1. RECRUITER

Responsibilities

Setting the resource strategy for the Company, initiating recruitment strategy to attract high caliber candidate while ensuring a cost effective recruitment process.

Requirements:

Male/Female
Degree in Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
A minimum of one year of work experience in a Recruitment
Strong human relations, communication skills, and leadership skill; able to coordinate matters with external parties
Mature and able to work in team as well as independently
Proactive, pressure persistent and able to thrive in fast-paced.
Willing to be located at Karawang West Java

2. Cost Analyst Staff

Responsibilities

Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
Maintaining Cost Accounting System
Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program
Reconciles finished goods inventories

Requirements

Male/Female
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance with minimum GPA 3.00
Minimum of 2 solid years of Cost Accounting in a Manufacturing Environment
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards
Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports Attention to detail, Excellent analytical skill, understanding of accounting principles.

3. Financial Planning & Analysis Staff

Responsibilities

Prepares financial and business related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas.
Utilizing PC and/or mainframe based systems and software; compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
Assists with special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in preparing analyses.
Assist with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long range plans.
Maintains and coordinates group completion of financial review templates and meetings.
Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Male/Female
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance with minimum GPA 3.00
Minimum of 2 solid years in a Manufacturing Environment
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.

4. Engineering Staff

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot day-to-day process issues, develops solutions, monitors improvements and all exchange and in-house requirements
Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements
Provide advice and technical support for RFQ enquiries and feasibility for casting production
Analyze the manufacturing data and based on the observations should be able to give alternative action plan for continuous improvement program
Communicate effectively at all levels to feedback results, issues and to resolve problems.
Preparing production master document new products by testing new production into selected production line to determine man power and machine usage of new product as well as ensuring the quality of products and safety, health environment guideline/ procedure to be approved Production Manager
Analyze equipment, process and procedure within production activities to meet global/legal standard on quality, safety and environment and propose capital expenditure required and propose to Production Manager.

Requirements

Preferably Male
Bachelor Degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Material & Metallurgy Engineering, Electrical or Mechatronic /Electromechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75
Minimum of 2 year of work experience with similar field in manufacturing
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

5. PPIC Staff

Requirements

Preferably Male
Associate Degree (D3) in related major with minimum GPA 2.75

6. Administration Staff

Requirements

Maximum Age 25 Years old
Associate Degree (D3) majoring Information System or Office Management with minimum GPA 3.00
