Our Executive Search Assessment Division is actively assisting various companies in fulfilling their needs of high caliber candidates. We specialize in searching candidates for Managerial positions or higher to fill available positions in our Clients.

 

Our Client is a well established joint-venture company with activities in Paint Manufacturers, looking for highly motivated and qualified personnel in the following positions:

General Manager

                                                         (East Java Based)

Requirements :

-  Age 40-45 years old

-  Min 2 years management experience and significant demonstrated experience in any of these fields : business planning/ program management

-  Strong leadership skill, honest and high integrity

-  Strong managerial backgroud

-  Manage, develop and expand the Strategic Business Unit

-  Providing direction and leadership

-  Ensuring profitable growth, Satisfactory cash flow

-  Market leadership and the establishment of industry leading service strandards and optimum utilization of business assets/ human resources in accordance with the group business strategy and local business growth

-  Fluent in English (passive and active) and Mandarin (passive)
