Account Manager

Responsibilities:

·�� Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts; build key relationship and grow the accounts on 3 to 5 assigned/named customers; reports to the Account Director.

·�� Represent the entire range of company services, lead the customer account planning cycle and ensure customer needs and expectations are met.

·�� Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

·�� Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.

·�� Meets assigned targets for growing the account and strategic objectives in assigned accounts; maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company's standards.

·�� Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

�University degree from an accredited institution preferred but minimum D3 Diploma
Minimum 3 to 5 years of strategic sales and account management experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
Experience and skill in Contact Center or similar people intensive customer service environment is required
PC and Windows Proficiency
