Qualification :

1.       Bachelor degree in Psychology

2.       Minimum 5 year working experiences

3.       Handling recruitment process, have the ability to conduct psychological testing

4.       Training and development, design training plan, job analysis

5.       Good interpersonal and communication skill

6.       Fluent in English
