RECEPTIONIST
REQUIREMENTS:
· Female, single, age 20 - 25 years old
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Good command in English oral
· Able to operate computer program (MS Office, Internet, Email)
· Physically attractive, well-groomed
· Good interpersonal skill
· Able to communicate with clients and all staff types
· Available to work as soon as possible
JOB DESCRIPTION :
· Manage incoming guests
· Manage phone calls
· Manage meeting rooms
· Manage daily Mails & Postage
· Manage drivers' & company cars' schedule
· Handling company's travel arrangement
