Our client is an American direct selling company which develops and sells personal care products and dietary supplements. They were founded in 1984 and began its first international operation in Canada in 1990. One year later, the company began operations in Asia with the opening of Hong Kong. The company markets its products in 53 international markets through a network of approximately 950,000 independent distributors. Currently, they are looking for dynamic candidate for:
ADMIN CALL CENTER
Location :
Jakarta – Gatot Subroto
Tangerang - Serpong
Job Descriptions :
· Process local and international orders from Distributors (walk-in, phone-in, e-mail, fax-in, mail-in, SMS).
· Handle calls/ queries from Distributor based on orders
· Handle general complaints and follows the escalation/ complaints procedure guidelines Handles accurately and on a time all administration
· Ensure all other related activities (including various company's functions) as directed by superior is completed in the most effective and efficient manner.
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report
Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma degree
· Minimum Fair English (oral and written)
· Able to work a team and/or individually
· Honest, as involves hard cash and credit card information
· Customer services oriented
· Familiar with Microsoft Office
· Well groom and manner
