[Job-Vacancy] VACANCY: VARIOUS POSITIONS IN CONSUMER GOODS COMPANY (Jakarta-Bandung-Bali-Surabaya)

On behalf of our client in South Jakarta, we are urgently looking for:

1. General Manager Sales (GM Sales) - Jakarta

General Manager Sales will have the following responsibilities:
  • Build a world-class sales team;
  • Drive our retail sales (Pharmacies, Apoteks, Hospitals);
  • Recruit, train, and manage the performance of your team of Sales Executives;
  • Work closely with distributors, retailers and institutions to grow sales;
  • Ensure in store promotions are properly executed;
  • Create sales forecasts, measure results, and adjust the ship where required;
  • Motivate healthcare providers (e.g. pharmacies) towards product acceptance;
  • Have a passion for being in the field - hands on sales person
 
Qualifications
  • Solid academic background; Min Bachelor degree
  • Fluent English
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience as Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/GM Sales in a fast-paced work environment, experience in sales of consumer products is preferred;
  • Demonstrated strong execution skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality;
  • High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business;
  • Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
  • Strong feeling of responsibility.
 
 Package: Attractive salary + sales incentive + annual Bonus + BPJS + Transporation allowance
 
 2. Pos Activation Coordinator (Jakarta - Bandung - Surabaya - Bali)

POS Activation Coordinators have the following responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all the activities of a team merchandizers and SPG's;
  • Your team will consist of up to 10 merchandizers and up to 20 SPG's.
  • Each merchandizer will manage a portfolio of 60 Pharmacies, Apoteks and/or Hospitals;
  • Together with your team, you will develop a strong, long-term relationship with the all pharmacies selling  product 
  • Lead your team by example. Ensuring all pharmacies and have proper product placement, execution of in-store promotions and training for the pharmacy staff at the pharmacies about vitamins 
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to grow sales in each cities;
  • Have a passion for providing an excellent service 
 
 Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience as Branch Coordinator or similar role, experience in with of consumer health products is preferred;
  • Social, confident and pro-active, you are a real people's person that people are happy to see;
  • Strong time-management and planning skills;
  • Detail oriented and neat;
  • High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business;
  • Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
  • Strong feeling of responsibility.
  • Passive English
Package: Rp. 6.5 Mill + incentive +  BPJS 

3. Merchandiser Trainer (Jakarta - Bandung - Surabaya - Bali)
Merchandiser Trainer have the following responsibilities:
  • Building relations with Traditional market & modern market, Apotek and etc
  • Together with your team, you will develop a strong, long-term relationship with the all pharmacies selling  product 
  • Lead your team by example. Ensuring all pharmacies and have proper product placement, execution of in-store promotions and training for the pharmacy staff at the pharmacies about vitamins 
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to grow sales in each cities;
  • Have a passion for providing an excellent service 
 
 Qualifications
  • A minimum of six years of work experience, experience in with of consumer health products is preferred;
  • Social, confident and pro-active, you are a real people's person that people are happy to see;
  • Detail oriented and neat;
  • High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business;
  • Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
  • Strong feeling of responsibility.
Package: Rp.4 Mill + incentive +  BPJS 
 
4. Sales Executive (Jakarta - Bandung - Surabaya - Bali)

Sales Executives have the following responsibilities:
 
  • Drive the sales of company product at your portfolio of ~100 Pharmacies, Apoteks and/or Hospitals;
  • Develop a strong relationship with the points of sales in your portfolio;
  • Work closely with distributors and retailers to grow sales;
  • Motivate healthcare providers (e.g. pharmacies) towards product acceptance;
  • Have a passion for being in the field 
 
 Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment, experience in sales of consumer products is preferred;
  • Demonstrated strong execution skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality;
  • High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business;
  • Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
  • Strong feeling of responsibility.
  • Energetic, Mobile person & hands on sales person
  • Has own vehicle is preferred
 
Package: Rp. UMP + attractive sales incentive +  BPJS 

5. Sales Trainer (Jakarta)

Sales Trainer have the following responsibilities:
 
  • Good knowledge to make Training syllabus for Sales and others dept (Product knowledge)
  • Know how to bring training material for internal team
  • Knowing well about Training Need Analysys (TNA)
  • Working closely with Marketing & Sales Dept
 
 Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment, experience in sales of consumer oproducts is preferred;
  • Demonstrated strong execution skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality;
  • High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business;
  • Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
  • Strong feeling of responsibility.
  • Energetic & Smart Person
 
Package: Rp. 15-20 Mill  +  BPJS
