[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy for Personal Assistant

 

 

Our client is a privately owned commercial vehicle company exclusively distributing leading European brands of trucks, trailers and buses. Since its establishment almost 50 years ago, it has now grown into a group with subsidiaries engaged in various field including, transportation, logistics and warehousing operating across Indonesia. Recently, it organized a business unit exclusively dealing with spare parts, both brand new and reconditioned, for all brands of trucks and now seeks to appoint a dynamic professional to assume the position:

 

Personal Assistant

·         Minimum D3, major in Secretarial Course

·         Preferably 2 years of working experience in the field of automotive industry and other related        industry

·         Open to 24 years old up to maximum 35 years old

·         Computer literate with Good English both written and verbal

·     Personal Characteristics: Communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, able to work in a team, quickly adapt, disciplined, able to work under pressure.

·         Support activities of Director and his administrative work.

·         Help to coordinate any related working activities with internal and external parties (Customer, Vendor, Parties)

·         Can handle confidential files and other related important documents

·         Prepare corresponding activities ranging from conception, the completion of a draft letter, as well as distribution to the intended party.

·         Willing to work in Tebet Area

·         She/He will report directly to the Owner and Department Head Director
