Our PMA client is a world leading supplier of plastic packaging primarily catering to the personal care industry. Given its ambitious growth targets, it now seeks a dynamic and results driven professional to assume the exciting role of:

 

MOLD SPECIALIST

Surabaya-based

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Support all activities relating to the making and repairing of molds, including their parts and tools; Work Draw / Design and choose materials so that Annual budgets and targets can be reached.

·         Provide molds/tools repair services and make new molds/tools for the production department.

·         Ensure smooth production in the production line.

·         Provide solutions for problems that can happen through mold shop using existing tools 

·         Design packaging container and bottle molds for packaging industries.

Requirements:

1. Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline

2.Must have minimum 4 years experience in Plastic Injection Molding Design, including modification.

3. Experience in troubleshooting molding, injection, and blow problems.

 In-depth Knowledge of Unigraphics, Solidworks, Pro-Engineer, Moldflow software and Finite Element 

4. Analysis are highly regarded.

5. Experience in sensitive material such as SAN, ABS, PP, PE, PS and etc.

6. Able to work independently, fluent and able to communicate and written in English.

7. Must be pro-active and able to meet deadlines.

8. Have good communication skills and can work within a team or individually  with minimum supervision.

9. Excellent in operating Microsoft Office OS and manufacture machines (lathe, mill, CNC, EDM, welding etc).

10. Willing to learn, display fast learner skill and able to work under pressure.
