Position Overview:

 

The Senior Business Operations Executive will be responsible to ensure all office, warehouse and customer service support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively according to company policies. He/ She will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.

 

Overall Responsibilities:

 

·       Assist in implementing operational flows and processes, including the operations of customer service and supply chain according to Nutric Group Policies and Procedures.

·       Ensure all warehouse support activities are carried out effectively and efficiently according to company policies.

·       Enhance and maintain proper communication between warehouse employees with headquarter and maintain appropriate working order.

·       Responsible to support and mentor warehouse employees as well as foster an environment of teamwork and individual accountability by engaging the employees in daily communication and soliciting feedback.

·       Ensure accuracy of all inventories.

·       Oversee the overall operations of customer service and provide support to the team when required.

·       Organize and intensify efficiency support services by ameliorating functions and coordinating communication between businesses and support functions.

·       Support departments to ensure a smooth and collaborative operation.

·       Develop and maintain an effective control system of filing, records, communication and correspondences, to ensure the proper documentation and information flow.

·       Keep accurate records and files at all times.

·       Update and maintain database of executive key contacts.

·       Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence.

·       Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

 

Qualifications:

 

·       Male, Min. 35 years old

·       Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with minimum of five (5) years related Admin/ Operations experiences.

  • Prior experience in customer service and warehouse operations environment is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze, write and integrate highly technical information into action plans, training materials and guidance summaries and effective oral communication skills.
  • Analytical and positive attitude and possess high level of confidentiality.
  • Expert in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

·       Well verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable and effective when talking with a broad range of decision influencers and decision makers within an organization. He/She will be able to effectively understand and build relationships throughout the prospective customer's organization.

 

Discipline

The ideal candidate will be competent in managing their time and activities and must embrace our proven opportunity and customer management processes and systems. Candidates must possess a "can-do" perspective in their professional attitude. They will be detail oriented and demonstrate a strong work ethic. They will be sticklers for accuracy in their own work as well as their colleagues. They will be ready to back up their assertions with facts.
