Our company is engaged in the Business Of Supply Of Goods For The Oil & Gas Industry in Jakarta, currently looking for motivated and high working spirit personal to fill the position as a:

 

Qualification:

-         Female

-         Max. 27 years old

-         S1 from all majoring, Chinese literature will be an advantage

  

Requirement:

-         Fresh graduate are welcome

-         Experience in same field minimum 1 years will be an advantage

-         Computer Skill : MS Office

-         Able to perform good administration

-         Smart, Self Motivated, Communicative  and Fast Learner

-         English both spoken and written, Mandarin will be an advantage

 

    Responsibility:

-         Prepare monthly Budget Department and Project Budget.

-         Record all expenditure Cost per Project.

-         Control Department  taxi voucher

-         Prepare invoice draft & supporting document for Project

-         Control and monitor all contract documents and Filing well.

-        ISO documents controller to make sure company's ISO implementation to be implemented for every   process and organized well.

-      Create Requisition for Support Project Engineer.
