TAP Recruitment is an executive search consulting firm serving both international and local client, in order to improve service to our clients, we are searching potential candidate for the following position:
HR - Recruitment Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Design and implement recruiting strategy including filling for open position and anticipate future needs.
- Develop and update job descriptions, specifications, job requirements and objectives
- Prepare and post jobs advertisement to appropriate media ie board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Manage internal/external sourcing channels to attract candidates, such as internal job posting, employee referral, advertisement, usage of social media, job fair, university recruitment etc.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes
- Develop and manage Recruitment and Staffing SOP
- Sourcing to hire talented people from external organization
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Bachelor's degree from any major from reputable university, Psychology major would be an advantage, GPA min 3.0
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) min 4 years
- Preferable experience as recruiter di perusahaan Trading Machineries, seperti : kompresor, pompa, genset, boiler, dll
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavioural)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Fast learner, persistent, and able to work under pressure
- Details-oriented and exhibit strong computer skill (Ms. Office)
