Marketing and Digital Communications Executive
Overall Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Marketing department to develop marketing communications strategies and messages.
- Responsible for company social media pages and social media engagement via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.); maintenance of the corporate website, e-commence site and internal web platforms.
- Work closely with Business Development team to create sales promotional campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor all forms of collateral and online channels available at markets: ensure consistency and updated information at all times.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Build, develop and maintain relations with key medias actively.
- Report, analyze and improve all online marketing strategies in line with company on going campaigns.
- Assist in production of product and communication tools related materials, i.e. editing, proof reading, final checking until printing, printing quality and liaise with external production house, where necessary.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate media interest and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
- Source, negotiate and manage agencies and vendors to optimize resources in producing marketing collateral.
- Translation and editing of all materials.
- Assist in other marketing and digital communications project operation as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Related Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising/ Media, Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in handling digital marketing is a must.
- Knowledge of software skills such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must.
- Ability to work effectively and independently within a dynamic and fast-paced company organization.
- Ability to work with international teams.
Communication
The ideal candidate must be able to conduct, engage and maintain communications with staff of all levels both locally and internationally.
