[Job-Vacancy] Career Opportunity : Compensation and Benefit Specialist

 

Our client is the Indonesian branch of a US-based company listed in New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), which designs and manufactures products, such as subsea production and processing systems, surface wellhead production systems,  and high-pressure fluid control equipment for the oil and gas industry.   They are currently looking for the Compensation & Benefit Specialist who has a solid understanding of all aspects of the compensation & benefit area and has a previous working experience especially in a manufacturing company with over 100 employees. Ideal candidate should possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 3 (three) years experience in the supervisory / assistant manager level, in-charge of the compensation & benefit in the HR department.   Able and willing to work in the Cakung / Cilincing area is an absolute must. Only qualified candidate who has a good command of English and accept the opportunity to work in an exciting and very professional multinational work environment should need to apply.   Excellent remuneration package along with progressive career opportunity will be given to the right candidate.
