Head of General Administration ,

Responsibilities: ,

Plan, coordinate and administer the strategic goals of Procurement Services in order to meet the needs of the company. ,
Provide strategic direction for university-wide procurement efforts; participate with company leadership in the establishment, communication and implementation of business goals. ,
Establish business targets for cost savings. ,
Plan, coordinate and administer the operational, financial, administrative, and technical operations of the procurement process. ,
Implement procurement strategy and policies and forecast procurement needs.
Continually develop expertise to support growth for new projects. ,
Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers. ,
Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved. ,
Review quotations. ,
Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions. ,
Maintain procurement files, track purchasing activity and measurements. ,
Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventive action. ,
Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety. ,
Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships. ,
Assist department in developing and implementing purchasing strategies for products. ,
Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications. ,
Dealing with suppliers and dealing with Brokers. ,
Develop and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase products. ,
Help to lower the cost and secure agreements. ,
Liaise with Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier. ,
Responsible for arranging all drivers time schedules according to the need of university's operational. ,

Job Requirements : ,

Male / Female, max 35 years old. ,
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any related field in the education environment or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. ,
Must be bilingual English/Indonesia (oral and written). ,
Prior experience at least 7 years in Procurement/General Administration environment required and min. 3 years at managerial level. ,
Must possess problem-solving skills and basic knowledge of procurement practice. ,
Must have an understanding of multicultural people needs and the ability to Identify and resolve conflict in an efficient and effective professional manner. ,
