Our client, Coal Mining Company in Kalimantan, is seeking an experienced candidate for the following position:
Mining Supervisor (Code: MINE-SPV)
Job Descriptions:
· To lead a group of subordinates with ability to cultivate team work
· To plan and execute site works according to planned design
· To communicate and feedback frequently with seniors to ensure ways to achieve/maintain management production target
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Mining or Geology
- Min 5 years of Experience as Mining Supervisor in Multinational Coal Mining Company,
- Able to be well verse in machineries operation and control and direct operators to achieve maximum efficiency
- Experience to spot, coordinate and rectify proposal to achieve back original target due to site conditions differs from original planned design
- Familiar with mining software is preferable
- Proficient in English
