We are currently seeking the following: - Senior Consultants/Senior Executives (SCE) - Consultants/Executives (code: C) With experience in: · Public Affairs/Government Relations · Healthcare · Technology · Corporate · Consumer and Brand Marketing · Digital · Employee Engagement Responsibilities: - Senior Consultants or Senior Executives will be responsible for account profitability and quality of account service. The incumbent will supervise an account team to provide and maintain a high standard of service to clients, which includes directing clients' programs, providing strategic counsel, growing the existing accounts and developing new business. - Consultants or Executives will be responsible for managing communications programs by working with the senior teams to help develop multi-channel strategies for clients. He/she will be involved in planning and implementing media and other stakeholder communication programs, as well as managing tactical elements of strategies. Requirements: - Senior Consultant or Senior Executive applicants must have at least 5 (five) years of experience in a relevant industry. - Consultants or Executives must have a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in a relevant industry. - Ideal candidates should be outgoing, talented executives who possess a high degree of interpersonal skills, as well as excellence in oral and written communications in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Candidates also must have the ability to think strategically and creatively, be prepared for hard work, be highly self-motivated self-starters, as well as be team players. - Having experience in an agency is an advantage.
