Training Specialist
Position Purpose:
Plan, execute, evaluate, analyze, and update training development programs to ensure and improve employees' competencies and performance
The Requirements are :
· Bachelor's degree in Education or in related fields
· 1 year working experience
· Computer literate and English Fluency
· Having capability to teach and a wealth desire to share knowledge to others
· Good presentation skill with strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good analytical and observational skill
· Willing to travel
· Patience
· Familiar with international and domestic product knowledge
