UX Designer (UX-JD)

He/she will responsible for:

- This position is not just a design, he/she will have opportunity to construct UX frameworks and help to define the vision of end-to-end user experience.

- Being customer advocates, ensuring the highest level of usability, desireability, and customer satisfaciton on mobile products.

- Research, design and prototype product experiences that meet quality standards.

- Collaborate with product team to ensure we maintain industry leadership, delivering innovative, exciting and emotionally engaging products.

- Being the part of team that truly owns the user experiences.

Requirement:

- Min. Diploma Degree in design, visual communication, computer science, human factors or a related field is required

- The successful UX designer candidates has ability to solve difficult UX problems, working closely with project managers, product team and is someone who get things done.

- 3 years of industry experience with visual problem solving as a product designer.

- Exceptional understanding on fundamental design principles (typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, composition).

- Experience in developoing and communicating visual specifications required.

- Consumer-focused thinker who can pro-actively communicate and lead in creative, business and technical discussions.

- Strong work practices and design discipline. A proven record of delivering innovative solutions on time for demanding and complex visual problems.

- Highly detail-oriented with a passion for pixel perfection, self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a team environment that is fast-paced with multiple projects.

- Strong verbal and written communication.

- Degree in Interactive Design or related visual field.

- Experience with mobile product development lifecycle is a plus.
