DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of project

Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

Define project tasks and resource requirements

Develop full scale project plans

Assemble and coordinate project staff

Manage project budget

Manage project resource allocation

Plan and schedule project timelines

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

Provide direction and support to project team

Ensure Quality Assurance

Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

Project evaluations and assessment of results

JUNIOR WEB ADMINISTRATOR

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Work closely with Web Admin to ensure the content implementation·

Coordinate with internal content writer ·

Mastering in Content Management System operation for each web/project she/he holds·

Ability in basic HTML authoring and familiar with all images and other media format that suitable for web/internet·

Ability in basic photos and video content editing and optimizing/converting

Key Competencies·

Knowledge of CMS functions·

HTML and basic graphic processing

Strong initiative.

Good team player

Familiar with Photoshop or any other Image Editor Software

Solid understanding of email delivery and deliverability issues

CONTENT STRATEGIST

Job Tasks and Responsibilities :

Responsible for Content Strategy Development according to Digital Marketing Campaign Strategy as an umbrella (Content Strategist Function)

Planning, Managing & Controlling Digital Content Development·

Decide all apt channels to be used for content marketing as a part of Inbound Marketing Strategy

Define impressive but reasonable campaign's KPI (content side)

Responsible in how to achieve campaign's KPI and ensure it's achievement (content side)· Acquire & Manage tools applicable for campaign measurementKey competenciesStrategic & creative Thinking

Writing SkillEditorial Planning Team OrganizingDecision-makingCommunication SkillsInfluencing and leadingTeam workDigital Channel Mapping

Requirements :

Independent

Have at least 3 years experience in editorial level

Positive attitude & up beat personality

DATA ENTRY ( 6 ) AND DATA ENTRY SUPERVISOR

D3 in any major

Familiar with Internet
