[Job-Vacancy] Production Manager (Samarinda) vacancy for a Shipbuilding Co (Galangan Kapal)

 

JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client: a shipbuilding/shipyard company in Samarinda, is currently seeking for the following position:

Job Title : Production Manager
Reporting To : Director
Based in : Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB:
Bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin, mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha perusahaan, terutama dalam bidang produksi, baik di bidang repairs, maintenance, new building serta pekerjaan lainnya, dengan mengacu pada Standard Operating Procedure yang telah ditetapkan.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Berpengalaman memimpin operasional galangan kapal minimal 5 tahun.
Diutamakan berpengalaman di galangan Tugboat atau Barge dengan balloon slipway.
Mengerti teknis pembangunan kapal baru, docking atau RM Tugboat dan Barge.
Mempunyai wawasan yang luas tentang operasional galangan kapal.
