Our client is largest independent manufacturer of transportation equipment in Indonesia.
Objectives
Production Manager will be responsible to manage, direct, and coordinate the production activities. Make sure production proceeds smoothly and stays within budget.
Oversee the production process, reducing costs wherever necessary and making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. Analyzing the plant's workers, resources, and capital to select the best way of meeting the production goals. Monitor the production process to make sure that it stays on schedule and correct any problems that may arise.
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years professional experience with at least 5 years managerial experience as the Production Manager with a strong Engeniring background in the heavy equipment industry, or heavy duty automotive industry.
