[Job-Vacancy] Service Delivery Manager

 

We are looking for people who graduated with a Bachelor Degree in marketing, communication or management. A 5 years working experiences in Value Added Services Industry will be an advantage. As we are dealing with people from various countries, English language will be used as part of our primary daily conversation. We also look for people who can communicate and interact well with our partner and customer. As you need to do some data analyzing, you need to have a strong analytical and must be attentive to detail too. If you have an experience in the Media Industry.

What you will be doing daily are planning, designing and executing program and services for our customers. You need to create program performance regulary to ensure the best services for our customers. And you need to be our eyes and ears for the latest information in the mobile content industry as well as the current events, pop cultures and daily affairs happened on the national and international level.
