JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client, a growing Automotive parts/components manufacturing Joint-Venture company, is currently seeking for a suitable candidate to fill in the following position:

MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER
Based in CIKAMPEK, Indonesia

Bachelor degree, preferably having technical/chemical background
Hands on experience in managing new product development process especially in automotive/chemical process industry
Experience in managing process change, line balancing, cycle time, & kaizen
Deep understanding on manufacturing process control such as PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, SC, and SPC
Have good, detailed and broad perspective analytical skills
Ability to perform under pressure environment and tight time constraints
Excellent team player and good interpersonal skills
Fluent in written & verbal English
Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 is an advantage
