 Our client, Oil & Gas Company need some professionals for position   :
 
SECRETARY
(Jakarta – DKI Jakarta)

Closing Date : 16th January 2012 

Responsibilities :
Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.

Requirements:
a.    Female, Single, max. 25 years old.
 b.    Minimum graduate from Diploma III Degree in any disciplines
c.    Having experience 1-2 years as Secretary  or Administrations
 d.    Shall be able to communicate in English.
 e.    Have some administration and standard office computer skill skills (e-mail, basic word & excel).
 f.     Good apperance, personality & Interpersonal skills.
