firstasia Consultants is a management consulting company with a range of services in Human Resources. Our services consist of Psychological Evaluation Program, Assessment Center, Human Resources System Development, Executive Search and Selection, and Outsourcing. We have clients from various industries such as banking, retail, consumer goods, oil & gas, transportation, media, etc.

Currently, one of our division needs highly potential individual to join as :

CONSULTANT FOR SELECTION AND ASSESSMENT DIVISION

(CODE : CONS-M0112)

 

Responsibilities :

• Handle recruitment process such as, administration of test, interview candidates and make assessment report
• Control and monitoring daily operational based on SOP
• Coordination with client to fulfill their needs
• Mapping competencies based on client demand
• Design assessment methods and case
• Consultation for candidates result with client
• Presentation for company product
• Make project plan and control implementation

 

Requirements :

• Max. 30 years old
• Bachelor degree or Master Degree of Psychology
• Fresh graduates are welcome or experience min. 1 year in the same area (preferable experience in consultant)
• Have passion career as consultant or expertise area
• Eager to have challenge and high passion to learn new things
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative and goal oriented
• Able to work individually and as a team player
• Willing to travel around all around Indonesia or overseas for project assignment
• Willing to be placed at West Jakarta area
