Part Time - Desktop Publishing (Code: DP)

Responsibilities:

The Desktop Publishing will be responsible for providing quality service to client teams with regard to development of credential and case studies for the firm in Power Point and word. He or she will work with the DTP Team leader to ensure flawless, timely delivery of the requested credentials and case studies. On later stage, he or she will work on the development of template for major proposals.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree majoring social studies, preferably from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas

· Advanced skills in using MS Office, especially for development of leave-behind document is a MUST

· Preferably having experience in working with high commitment to quality

· Excellent in both oral and written communications in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

· Strong in interpersonal and communication skills

Temporary Finance and Accounting Staff (Code: F&A)

Finance and Accounting Staff will report to Finance & Accounting Manager. He or she will assist Senior Staff Accountant on day-to-day functions.

Responsibilities

Processing financial data for analysis report to management
Provides backup support to Account Receivable, such as follow up to customers of all outstanding A/R invoices by phone and collecting Bukti Potong Pph 23
Provides back up support to Account Payable, such as processing, check and verify invoices from supplier and handling banking transaction
Provides backup support to Tax, such as preparing tax form, fill in eSPT and arrange tax payment
Provide administrative clerical work, such as maintaining systemized filling records

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting

- Good knowledge in basic tax regulation and/ or willing to learn about taxation

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent knowledge of financial systems is a MUST.

- Well organized and high attention to detail.

- Work experience in multinational company will be an advantage
