Recruitment Officer

Main job responsibility:

As a specialist in Recruitment, the incumbent will be responsible in all aspect of recruitment assignments but not limited into job vacancy posting and desk screening. The incumbent will be in charge for: man power requisition, hearing session with user, sourcing process, and endorse the profile to user.

Requirements:

• Diploma Degree from any discipline with 3 years working experience in recruitment or Bachelor Degree with 2 years working experience in recruitment
• Has working experience as Recruitment Consultant or Associate Researcher in recruitment firm would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, eager to learn, adaptable, can do attitude and able to think out of the box
• Able to work in high speed and tight deadlines
  
• Willing to travel in high frequent
